Tooth, Mary
1777-1843

Companion and confidante of Mrs Mary Fletcher (nee Bosanquet) from c.'1809. She herself was active as a class leader and preacher in the Madeley/Bridgnorth area both before and after Mrs Fletcher's death in 1815 and corresponded voluminously. As Mrs Fletcher's executrix, she preserved a wealth of letters etc, which were used by Henry Moore in writing his biography and now form part of the Fletcher-Tooth Papers at the Methodist Archives Centre, Manchester.
